A 38 ft camper trailer with a 17 ft slide out and 2 doors with collapsible stairs. needs a seal for slide out but does work. also has a busted window in which we have a replacement piece for. kitchen has double sinks , fridge, and stove. shower and toilet also in good condition. needs flooring where the manolium is starting to bend up. other areas of the home have carpet. elect and plumbing work except a gray line has been cut underneath for sewage but can easily be re done. This is a bumper pull trailer and there is no title. we have a bill of sale from the owner in Granger, tx and plates that need renewed. we are willing to move it for you for an extra fee if needed. asking $1,499 obo
