This table has a lot of life left in it. With two fold away leafs, it transforms between 60 inch, 72", and 84". As seen in the pictures, there is some water damage to the table top, easily covered with a table cloth or placemats, but does not affect functionality. The base and table top are solid.

The chairs have been repaired multiple times, currently four are in good working order, one needs to be tightened (wood glue and nails/screws), and one needs to be repaired (see pictures, the post on one is broken but repair or replaceable for someone handy, ie. not me).

We bought this table set for $750 in September of 2007, we are the only owners, from a non smoking home.

The rollers function exactly as expected, the table fits tight when adjusting. If the chairs were all repaired I would be asking $100, but as is $75 is a fair asking price.
