05 KTM 525 EXC- has Thumper Racing 540 kit. This engine has been completely rebuilt! still has break-in oil in it! Has not been broken in yet!! New piston, cylinder, connecting rod, all bearings new. Crankshaft and counterbalance have been balanced. All new valves, valve springs, camshaft.
Head was trail ported and polished by Thumper Racing. New Rekluse clutch. Water pump rebuilt new impeller.
Carburetor redone and tuned. Have documentation on all work. Engine was rebuilt by Adventure Moto in McKinney TX. All new plastics and graphics, new tank, new Ricky Carmichael bars, new custom seat, steering dampener, titanium exhaust system, FMF muffler. Has electric cooling fan. Orange metallic powder coated frame. New brake pads.
