This iPhone 7 turns on and works and it is unlocked. The issue with this phone that it never lets me make calls or FaceTime. It doesn’t allow you to play videos on the web as well, it just goes black. Everything else works fine. There are some scratches on on the front and back. (Cash App, Paypal, Apple Pay or etc sales only!! I got scammed from using this app’s source of payment)
