Hello! Crib is in average condition. Some scuff marks but this is a great crib at a great price. Comes from a clean, pet free, smoke free home. The crib is currently taken apart and being stored indoors at our home. I do not have the instructions however was able to find a link where you can view the instructions. Please see next paragraph.
