Top piece is 2 floors with 4 rooms n basement is 1 large space with no walls. There's 2 movable n removable doors that can be used on any level. Includes 35+ pieces (furniture n accessories) plus 1 pillow, 2 cushions, 2 dolls, a wooden cat, and 1 extra pair of pants. 5 pieces have some damage to them (I'm only able to post 5 pictures so the ones showing the damage). Dimensions are, top: 24 1/2"L x 22 1/2"H x 14"W, basement: 24 1/2"L x 9 3/4"H x 14"W, put together: 32 1/2"H x 24 1/2"L x 14"W.
